i should probably write an intro of some sort but i wrote an about me page so just check there and i think it’s enough.
i dont know if i have a title format that i’m going to find that i like. i thought that i may do something standard like, the week of feb 25 but maybe this is too boring of me. froggy style it is right now.
this week got a bit out of hand. short week at work and a ridiculous amount of meetings. i was able to grab a decent gym sesh but forgot blocs was closed to prepare for the climbing comp so didn’t get my usual lifting session in.

thinking about: more ways to get rid of shit in my house. someone turned me onto poshmark recently so i’m going to take a crack at trying to sell things on there and see if there’s any tracking
eating at: campio – i had their destination calabria ‘za which was decent. i still can’t really get into their pizza like others have raved on it. too bready for me. beers were solid though. construction saison extremely chuggable and they had a fruity rotating tap from babe(?) which was straight juice, also chug factor of 69,420.
i also ate at bodega highlands which is always really solid. the piri piri chicken is a favourite of mine. also had some mussels, brussel sprouts and calamari. had a glass of shiraz that tasted like it had been open for a while so wasn’t really into that. washed it all down with some portugese tarts that were so delightfully crispy on the outside
reading: cultish by by amanda montell. interesting book about language used as a form of power and influence in cults. i’ve been waking up at 6 during the week to have coffee, do 20-40 mins of reading, and taking the ol pup for a walk so this has been something that’s kept me consistent with reading
current goals:
minimizing clutter. i am probably some kind of hoarder but i haven’t really purchased anything in the past 5 years or so. i’m trying to purge things from my house at the moment but there is so much emotional baggage that comes with having stuff for many years.
eating out less. i love eating at restaurants and supporting local biz. one of my favourite activities to do with other people but i find i am eating like shit too often and hurts the wallet
this is a controversial goal (maybe?) but i’d like to drop a few lbs. i’m not interested in dieting by any means, and i need to eat enough to continue to build muscle so i think wanting to drop 5lbs by late spring is realistic
